These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RepDrop, operated by OptiFlow Build LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

RepDrop is a workout builder platform for personal trainers. Trainers create workouts and share them with clients via unique web links. Clients can view workouts and log their progress without creating an account.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use RepDrop.
  • One person per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose; upload harmful or malicious content; attempt to access other users' data; resell or redistribute the service; or use automated means to access the service.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

  • Free tier: up to 3 clients at no cost.
  • Pro tier: $9.00 USD/month for up to 15 clients.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create (workouts, client data). We retain ownership of the RepDrop platform, brand, and code. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as needed to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

RepDrop is provided "as is." We are not liable for any injuries, health outcomes, or damages arising from workouts created or performed using our platform. Personal trainers are responsible for ensuring workout safety and appropriateness for their clients.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which permanently removes all your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
