Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Tier

The free tier requires no payment and can be used indefinitely.

Pro Subscription ($9.00 USD/month)

  • Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page or through the Stripe billing portal.
  • Access until end of period: After cancellation, you retain Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
  • Downgrade: After your subscription ends, your account reverts to the free tier (3 client limit).

Refunds

  • We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied.
  • After 7 days, no refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
  • To request a refund, email support@optiflowbuild.com.
